本文从职业教育产学结合的内涵、特点和形式出发 ,提出了维系职业教育产学结合正常运作所必须建立和完善的相应的组织体系和运作机制 ,并着重就职业教育产学结合的投入机制与利益调整机制、教学管理与协调机制、教学督导与质量评价机制、以及激励和约束机制等进行了分析和探讨

摘  要:
Based onthe scope,features nad form of the integration of production and teaching in vocational educational education,this paper puts forward the corresponding organizational system and operational mechanism which should be established and improved for keeping the proper operation of the production-teaching integretion.ltfocuses on the analyses and inquiry of investment mechanism,teaching management and coordination mechanism,teaching supervision and quality assessment mechanism,and incentive and restriction mechanism.
