摘  要：
以南京工业大学为例,利用网络问卷调查的方法,对图书馆读者服务的具体理念、读者服务人员的外在形象、读者服务工作的具体操作等方面进行调查,并对图书馆读者服务工作的形象识别进行研究,同时对调查结果进行统计和分析,提出了存在的问题并结合调查给出建议。

摘  要：
Taking the Nanjing Tech University as an example, this paper used the method of network questionnaire to investigate the specific concept of library reader service, the external image of reader service personnel and the concrete operation of reader service work, and studied the image recognition of library reader service work, and analyzed the results and gave the existing problems as well as the suggestions.
