摘  要:
现代图书馆是以知识型员工为主体的典型组织。本文在分析知识型员工心理特点及需求的基础上 ,提出知识型员工绩效考评体系的设计思想 ,要在符合组织环境的前提下 ,融入以人为本的管理理念 ,力求达到“双赢”的激励效果。

摘  要:
Modern library is a typical organization consists mainly of intellectual personnel. Based on the analysis of the psychological demands and characteristics of these personnel, we put forward the design thought of a system to evaluate their achievement and efficiency in work. Under the precondition of conforming to the organization environment, this paper is expected to achieve the goal of “mutual benefit” as well as to absorb new management concept of “taking vital interest of people”.
