食用棉籽蛋白中总棉酚与游离棉酚含量测定

摘 要:
采用间苯三酚比色法测定食用棉籽蛋白中总棉酚(TGP)与游离棉酚(FGP)含量时,将棉籽蛋白中结合棉酚(UGP)水解,提取后测定TGP。以丙酮浸提棉籽蛋白,浓缩后测定FGP,同时以HPLC法对照。测得值结果表明:棉籽蛋白总棉酚测定准确简便,间苯三酚比色法可灵敏准确定量FGP,并与HPLC法结果一致。

摘 要:
The total gossypol and free gossypol in edible cottonseed protein are determined by phloroglucinol colorimetry.After the bound gossypol in protein was hydrolyzed in a methylethylketone-water azeotrope or the free gossypol was immersed and extracted with acetone,the total gossypol and free gossypol were determined by phloroglucinol colorimetry controlled with HPLC in the meantime.The result shows the free gossypol by phloroglucinol colorimetry is in accord with HPLC and this method is very sensitive and convenient.
