湖北白猪Ⅳ系猪活体背膘厚度校正方法探讨

摘  要:
猪活体背膘厚度与胴体瘦肉率呈较高度遗传相关(r_A=-0.5——-0.6)。因此湖北白猪Ⅳ系(薄膘系)的选种,把话体背膘厚度作为主选纳入选择指数,由于猪六月龄重大小不等,此时将所测不同体重的相应背膘厚值代入指数式误差较大,而等到同一体重时测膘,又存在一定困难,只有把不同体重所测得膘厚值校正到同一体重(标准体重)时的膘厚进行比较,才能减少度量误差,提高选种的准确性。因此需要制定校正系数。

摘  要:
Logarithmic, ecponential, hyperbolic and power transformations. linearregression and quadratic polynomial are used to fit the data of backfat thick-ness and body weight on 60 boars and 113 gilts measured for three times around6 months to age. The results of the fit test indicate that it is more suitableto use quadratic polynomial and linear regression to adjust backfat thicknessto the standard weight basis. The adjusted backfat thickness has been usedin the selection index formulae of Hubei Whine Swine IV.
