摘  要:
为提高肉牛生长性能、大幅度降低肉牛的饲养成本,本试验研究了添加不同量大麦的发酵酒糟对延边黄牛育肥性能的影响,以期为开发大麦和白酒糟混合发酵的新型饲料资源提供依据。本试验选择40头体重(453.6±36.0)kg、健康且体况毛色一致的延边黄牛,根据体重相近原则,分为4个处理组(纯酒糟组、17%大麦组、34%大麦组、51%大麦组),分别饲喂相应的发酵酒糟。结果表明:在0~90 d试验期内,黄牛体重增重和平均日增重均以34%大麦组最高,在血液生化指标方面,碱性磷酸酶、葡萄糖、甘油三酯、总蛋白、白蛋白含量同样以34%大麦组最高,且上述指标均以纯酒糟组最低。综上所述,添加34%大麦的发酵酒糟对肉牛育肥效果最显著。

摘  要:
In order to improve the growth performance and reduce the feeding cost of beef cattle,the effects of fermented vinasse with different addition amounts of barley on fattening beef cattle were researched in the experiment,which was expected to provide bases for developing fermented vinasse with barley as new feed resources. Forty heads of healthy Yanbian yellow steers with consisitent body conditions and coat color were selected as the research objects,and their average weight was( 453. 6 ± 36. 0) kg. They were divided into four treatment groups( pure vinasse group,17% barley group,34% barley group and 51% barley group) according to the principle of similar weight,and were fed the corresponding fermented vinasse. The results showed that the weight gain and average daily weight gain of Yanbian yellow steers both were the highest in 34% barley group during 0 ~ 90 days,and also the blood biochemical indexes including the alkaline phosphatase,glucose,triglyceride,total protein and albumin contents. The lowest value of these indexes appeared in the pure vinasse group. In summary,the fermented vinasse with the addition of 34% barley had the most significant effects on fattening beef cattle.
