资源、技术与经济因素对我国薯类生产影响的实证分析——基于2008年全国县(市)截面数据分析

摘 要：
选取2008年我国1 975个县(市)截面数据,对影响我国薯类生产的三大因素:资源、生产技术和地区经济因素进行实证分析。研究结果表明,生产技术和劳动资源对薯类生产有正的影响,优质耕地资源和经济发展水平和薯类产量呈反向关系。为促进我国薯类产业发展、发挥薯类生产对保障贫困地区粮食安全的作用,我们建议采用增加薯类生产的科技投入、安排对薯类作物的财政补贴等措施提高薯类生产水平。

摘 要：
Three factors affecting China's potato production includig resources,technology and regional economy were analyzed based on sectional data from 1 975 counties(cities) in 2008.The result showed that the technology and labor resource had positive effect on potato production,high-quality arable land resource and economic development level had negative effect on potato production.In order to promote the development of potato industry and play the role of potato production on food security in poor areas,some suggestions were put forward,such as to increase the science and technology investment on potato production and to arrange the financial subsidies to the potato crops to improve potato production levels.
