摘  要：
Monitoring data is regarded as basic information related to farmland environment. For appropriate collection of land quality information, a software of environmentally monitoring information collection and statistic system for the basic farmland was designed. In the present report, a program flow and design thought system both were evaluated. The system was composed of 9 modules, namely login, customizing system, data collection, browse data, query and statistic data, analysis data, export data, packing up data and helping module. The functions and realization methods of the each module were also discussed. It has been indicated that the present system is beneficial to sequence data analysis and land environment quality assessment.
