共振光散射法对蔬菜中六种拟除虫菊酯类农药残留的测定

摘  要:
在p H7.0的Britton-Robinson缓冲液和适量丙酮存在条件下,以吐温-80为稳定剂,高效氯氟氰菊酯、氯菊酯、甲氰菊酯、联苯菊酯、氰戊菊酯和氯氰菊酯可使体系共振光散射强度显著增强。在最大散射波长363 nm处有良好线性关系,其检出限为0.069~0.113μg/m L。蔬菜样品经乙腈超声提取,弗罗里硅土固相萃取柱净化后,在0.5和1.0 mg/kg添加水平下,各农药的回收率在86.7%~98.0%,相对标准偏差小于6.35%,结果令人满意,据此建立了检测拟除虫菊酯类农药残留量快速、灵敏的新方法。

摘  要:
In a Britton-Robinson buffer medium(p H 7.0), using tween-80 as a stabilizer, six kinds of pyrethroids includingλ-cyhalothrin, permethrin, fenpropathrin, bifenthrin, fenvalerate and cypermethrin obviously enhanced resonance light scattering intensity with the presence of moderate acetone. The resonance scattering spectra showed that the strongest resonance scattering peak appeared at 363 nm, and exhibited a good linear relationship with the limit of detection of 0.069~0.113 μg /m L. The vegetable samples were extracted by ultrasonic extraction with acetonitrile, and purified by florisil solid phase extraction column. The average recoveries of these pesticides at spiked levels of 0.5 mg / kg and 1.0 mg / kg ranged from 86.7% to98.0% with the relative standard deviation(RSD)below 6.35%. It will provide a new method for quickly and sensitively analyzing residues of pyrethroid pesticides.
