大麻棉色纺花式波纹纱的研发和生产

摘 要：
针对大麻纤维单纤维长度短,长度整齐度较差,木质素含量高导致纤维粗硬的特点,利用棉纤维和大麻纤维的合理搭配,在纱线成本和品质间找平衡,采用20~S100%棉细纱和1.2~(NM)30%大麻/70%棉粗纱,在常规花式捻线机牵伸区加装弧形装置进行独特的加工,得到5~S大麻24%/棉76%低捻大麻棉花式波纹纱,该纱不仅具备大麻纤维的功效,同时改善了大麻纤维制品手感粗糙、硬挺、易皱的缺点,其织片手感柔顺,是功能型针织面料首选,实现了大麻色纺混纺纱线在针织面料上的突破。

摘 要：
In view of the disadvantages of short length, poor length uniformity and high lignin content of hemp fiber, the fiber coarseness and rigidity of hemp fiber were analyzed. Using the reasonable combination of cotton fiber and hemp fiber, the balance between yarn cost and quality was found. Specialized processing was performed by using 20~S100% cotton yarn and 1.2~(NM )30% hemp/70% cotton roved in the drafting area of conventional fancy twister with an arc device. 5~(S ) hemp 24%/cotton 76% low-twist hemp cotton tweed was acquired. The yarn had not only the functions of hemp fiber, but also improved the shortages of hemp fiber product, such as rough, stiff and wrinkled appearance. The fabric is an excellent choice of functional knitted fabric and the breakthrough of hemp color blended yarn in knitted fabric.
