用声发射技术评价铸铁冷焊质量的研究

摘 要:
该文介绍了应用声发射技术对 CO_2保护铸铁冷焊进行监测,借以评价冷焊质量的研究结果.将声发射记录曲线与 X 射线探伤、渗透探伤、磁粉探伤、光学显微镜观察和拉伸试验结果相对照,发现:焊接较好的焊道、不同类型的焊接裂纹与气孔都具有不同的声发射信息特征.因此用声发射监测可以及时地对冷焊质量作出评价,而且方法简单,灵敏度高.

摘 要:
In this paper the result of evaluating the quality of cold welded castings (shieled with CO2-gas)by AE technique was presented.AE curves were compared with the results obtained by X-ray detection,liquid penetrating test,magnetic particle examination,microscope inspection and tensile test. It was found that there were specific characteristic features in AE curves for good welding beals,welding cracks of different types and gas holes. Therefore,the use of AE technique makes it possible to evaluate in time the quality of cold welded castings in a simple way and with higher sensitivity.
