CRISPRs在德氏乳杆菌中的检测与同源性分析

摘 要:
本研究检测了本实验室德氏乳杆菌中的CRISPRs结构,并对其重复序列和间区序列进行了同源性分析。结果显示,供试菌株L7和L9中均含有CRISPRs序列,分别为3 323 bp和3 015 bp,多重比对后的重复序列8~12位与21~17位碱基互补形成回文结构;重复序列大小(29 bp)与标准菌株基本相同,但其同源性与菌株亲缘关系具差异性,验证了CRISPRs结构的水平基因转移的特点。

摘 要:
This study detected CRISPRs of Lactobacillus delbrueckii in KLDS,and analyzed the homology of their direct repeats and spacer sequences.The results showed that L7 and L9 had CRISPRs which were 3 323 bp and 3 015 bp respectively.The consensus direct repeat after multiple alignments formatted a palindromic structure as base-pairing between 8-12 and 21-17 bases;the direct repeats had the same size(29 bp) as the typical strains,but the homology possessed variability compared with the genetic relationship,which validated the characters of CRISPRs horizontal gene transfer.
