摘 要:
应用虚拟样机技术软件ADAMS,结合其二次开发功能,研发型孔式棉花精量排种器仿真平台。以新陆早23号棉种为例,应用该系统虚拟定量地研究型孔式棉花精量排种器的排种过程,以揭示种子与排种器系统之间的作用机理。虚拟试验结论与经验值台架试验结果的匹配验证了仿真系统的相对正确性。该系统的开发对于机械式排种器的改进和创新有重要的意义。

摘 要:
A cotton precision dibbler simulation system was developed based on ADAMS. In order to study the correlation between seeds and dibbler,cotton seeds' cinematic process was simulated virtually and quantitatively by taking Xinluzao23 as the testing material. The results from simulation system matched the experiential results which shows that the system is correct. It is very important for the improvement and creation of the mechanical precision dibbler.
