摘  要：
面对全球信息化浪潮,信息化建设日益受到重视,我国十六届六中全会首次提出了"积极推进农村社区建设"要求,但产业聚集区村镇社区信息科技支撑能力弱,信息水平仍然落后,针对这种现象,本文以马鞍山市郑蒲港姥长村镇为例,开展信息化支撑技术等方面的研究,使用面向对象的方法设计并开发了社区服务信息平台,为社区的居民之间和居民与物业公司之间搭建信息化平台,提供了良好的服务。

摘  要：
In the face of the global wave of information technology, Information technology get more attention,China's Sixth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth first proposed the "actively promote rural community development" requirement, But information technology of village community gathering area is so weak, In response to this phenomenon.This paper takes a village of Ma‘Anshan City as an example for research, using object oriented method to design and develop the community service information platform, provide good service for community residents and property company.
