基于中国知网数据库的农产品检测研究趋势分析

摘要：

基于对1982-2018年中国知网数据库农产品检测领域的文献进行统计分析,探讨该领域的研究概况、研究重点及发展趋势。结果表明,关于农产品检测的发文量呈逐年上升趋势,尤其是2012年以后发文量明显增多,占比接近70%;农产品检测领域的研究重点主要集中在农产品质量安全、检测体系、农药残留等方向;相关报道主要来自农产品检测机构和农业大学;作者应义斌、郝生宏、关秀杰、武璞珏、祝金等人发文量最多,研究分别在农产品质量检测技术、检测方法和检测流程等方面。

摘要：

Based on the statistical analysis of the literatures in the field of agricultural product testing in the database of cnki from 1982 to 2018, the research situation, research focus and development trend of this field were discussed. The results showed that the number of publications on agricultural products testing was increasing year by year, especially after 2012, which accounted for nearly 70%. The research emphasis in the field of agricultural products testing mainly focuses on the quality and safety of agricultural products, testing system and pesticide residues. Related reports mainly come from agricultural products testing institutions and agricultural universities; The authors ying yibin, hao shenghong,guan xiujie, wu pujue, zhu jin and others published the most articles, respectively studying the quality testing technology, testing methods and testing procedures of agricultural products.
