蚕桑生产在经济较发达地区的前途及对策

摘  要：
通过对浙江省奉化县蚕桑生产的调查,发现农业产业结构调整以后,多种经济作物的竞争加剧,经效益高的作物获得发展,经济效益低的蚕桑生产因缺乏竞争力而逐渐萎缩.提出在经济较发达地区发展蚕桑生产,其经济效益必须达到“两个相当”,即单位土地的纯收益和每个劳动日的报酬,必须相当于其他经济作物的纯收益和报酬.据此,当每公斤上茧价在10元左右,亩产茧100公斤的桑园纯收益在700元左右,每个劳动日报酬在10元左右时,奉化县的蚕桑生产才有可能发展.要达到“两个相当,必须贯彻“两个放开”的政策,即市场放开和价格放开.

Through the investigation on the atrophy of the sericulture in Fenghua county, Zhejiang Province,it is found that the competition of many industrial crops is so sharp that the crops with higher economic value are developed and those with lower economic value, e. g. sericulture, are atrophied gradually after the adjusted agricultural structure. To develop the sericulture in the developed area, the economic value must reach "two equals" , i. e. the net income for the unit land and the payment for each working day must be equal to those of other industrial crops. Therefore, if the price for one kilogram cocoon is about ten Yuan, the net income per mu mulberry orchards in which one hundred kilogram cocoon can be got in is about 700 Yuan and the payment for each working day is about ten Yuan the sericulture may be developed. Before"two equals" are realized, the policy of "two opens" must first be realized, which means the market and the price must be opened.
