摘 要:
以常春藤皂苷C为指标,采用星点设计考察乙醇浓度、回流温度以及提取时间对提取工艺的影响,对结果进行多元线性回归和二项式拟合,用效应面法优化得出回流提取的最佳工艺条件,以期探讨回流提取常春藤叶片中常春藤皂苷C的最佳工艺。结果表明,二项式拟合方程各项指标优于多元线性方程,优化后的常春藤皂苷C的最佳提取工艺条件为乙醇浓度62.6%,回流温度82.3℃,提取时间54.7 min,回流提取2次,预测得率与实测得率偏差为1.12%。星点设计-效应面法优化常春藤皂苷C的提取工艺方法可行,预测性良好。

摘 要:
In order to explore the optimized extractive techniques of Hederacoside C from the leaves of Hedera. helix by reflux extraction,the effects of influence factors such as ethanol concentration, extract temperature and extract time on extraction rate of Hederacoside C were investigated by using box-behnken design and response surface method. The data were imitated by using multi-linear equation and second-order polynomial equation. The results showed that multiple indicators from second-order polynomial equation were prior to those from multi-linear equation. Analysis indicated the optimum conditions were 62.6%, ethanol reflux extract at 82.3℃ for 2 times, and each time for 54.7min. Bias between predicted and measured values was 1.12%. we can draw the conclusion that the optimum model was highly predictive and feasible.
