长白山林区森林资源变化及其社会效应

摘  要：
采用历史资料与实地调研相结合的方法,对长白山林区森林资源消长变化及其对当地社会的影响进行了初步研究,结果表明:由于长期的过量采伐,长白山森林资源遭受了严重的破坏,数量锐减、质量恶化、木材产量持续下降,并由此引发了一系列沉重的社会问题,诸如经济效益下降、产业转型困难、生活状况难以改善、人才流失严重、社会不稳定因素增加等等。因此,建议各级政府必须采取有效措施,保证林区森林资源与社会的长期健康发展。

摘  要：
An investigation was conducted to study the changes of forest resources in forest region of Changbai Mountains and its social effects by relevant historical data and field survey. Results showed that forest resources were seriously damaged in the past 50 years by excessive cutting, and the rapid worsening forests triggered off a series of non-ignorable social issues, such as the reduction of economic benefits, great difficulty in improving living conditions, serious outflow of the talents, increase of unstable social environment, and the vanishing of traditional culture. Some effective countermeasures should be taken by the governments at all levels in order to ensure sustainable development of forest resources and local society.
