基于新梢叶节距的苹果树叶片氮含量检测

摘  要:
为实现苹果树叶片氮含量的快速无损检测,提出一种基于苹果树新梢叶节距估测叶片氮含量的方法.通过图像处理技术提取不同施氮水平下的苹果树新梢叶节距图像特征,得到新梢叶节距与叶片含氮浓度之间的关系,建立出苹果树叶片氮含量检测模型.试验验证,建立的随机森林检测模型决定系数为0.838 6,均方根误差为2.376 9.本方法可以为苹果园合理施用氮肥提供科学参考.

摘  要:
In order to realize the rapid and non-destructive detection of nitrogen content in apple leaves, a method for estimating nitrogen content in apple leaves was proposed based on leaf node pitches of the new shoots of apple trees. The image characteristics of leaf node pitches of the new shoots of apple trees applied with nitrogen at different levels were extracted using image processing technology. The relationship between leaf node pitches of new shoots and nitrogen concentrations in the leaves was obtained, and a detection model for nitrogen content in apple leaves was established. It was verified that the determination coefficients of the established the established detection model based on random forest were R~2=0.838 6, RSME=2.376 9. This method can provide scientific reference for rational application of nitrogen fertilizer in apple orchards.
