摘 要:
研究了一种快速富集测定微量锰的方法 ,即将锰 ( )与二溴羟基苯基荧光酮 (DBHPF)和溴化十六烷基三甲铵 (CTMAB)形成的配合物 ,通过微孔滤膜富集 ,用二甲亚砜将滤膜及配合物溶解 ,然后在分光光度计上测定其吸光度。配合物最大吸收波长为 5 92 nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数ε592 =4 .80× 10 5L / (m ol· cm ) ,锰在 0~ 2 .4mg/ L时符合郎伯 -比尔定律 ,用于茶叶中微量锰的测定 ,结果满意

摘 要:
A new preconcentration and determination method of trace manganese was studied.The complex of Mn DBHPF CTMAB and the microfilter membrane were dissolved in DMSO.The manganese was determined.The maximum absorption wave length was observed at 592 nm with molar absorptivity 4.80×10 5 L/(mol·cm) .For manganese content within 0-2.4 mg/L,Beers Law is conformed.This method has high sensitivity.Satisfactory results were obtained for the determination of trace manganese in tea.
