联苯肼酯在柑橘和土壤中的残留分析方法

摘  要:
[目的]建立柑橘和土壤中联苯肼酯残留量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)分析方法。[方法]柑橘和土壤样品以乙腈提取,硅镁吸附剂柱净化,HPLC-UVD测定。[结果]柑橘和土壤中联苯肼酯的最低检测质量分数均为0.01 mg/kg;土壤、柑橘全果、橘肉、橘皮的联苯肼酯添加回收率为79.29%~95.73%,变异系数为0.96%~8.92%。[结论]测定方法灵敏、稳定,符合农药残留分析方法的技术要求。

摘  要:
A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method was established for the analysis of bifenazate pesticide residue in citrus and soil.[Methods] Citrus and soil samples were extracted with acetonitrile,cleaned up by Si-Mg adsorption column,and detected by HPLC-UVD.[Results] The results showed that the minimum detectable concentrations was 0.01 mg/kg.The average recoveries in soil,citrus fruit,meat,orange,orange peel were from 79.29 to 95.73%,and the coefficients of variation were from 0.96 to 8.92%.[Conclusions] The measurement method was sensitive and stable,met with the technical requirements of pesticide residue analysis.
