摘 要:
考虑热电式微小型电源的接触内阻、结构的覆盖层、导流层等因素,以及汤姆逊效应对输出功率和效率的影响,建立了微小型热电发电器输出功率和效率的精确数学计算模型。通过仿真和实验对理想结构和实际结构加以对比分析,表明上述因素对输出功率具有不可忽略的影响,建立精确数学模型时考虑上述因素是必要的。最后,对微小型电源结构和工艺进行了优化分析。

摘 要:
The model for calculating the output power and efficiency for micro-thermoelectric generate device was built up based on the consideration of such factors as heat source resistivity, thermal conduct overlay piece, current conduct layers and the influence of Thomson effect. The constructed simulation model and the comparison between perfect model and actual simulation model show that these factors have notable influences on the output power of micro-thermoelectric generator and it is necessary in constructing accurate output power model. The structure and the technical parameters of micro-thermoelectric generator were optimized.
