采用响应面分析法优化可食用膜封口工艺的研究

摘  要:
[目的]可食用膜作为一种软包装材料,需要对其进行封口制袋。[方法]选取封合温度、封合压力和黏合剂浓度3个因素进行中心组合设计,运用响应面法对可食用膜封口的工艺参数进行优化。[结果]可食用膜封口的最佳工艺条件为:封合温度131℃、封合压力0.4 MPa、黏合剂浓度25%、封合时间1.5 s时,薄膜的封合强度达到18.09 N/15 mm。[结论]普鲁兰、海藻酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠复合可食用膜具有良好的封合特性。

摘  要:
[Objective] Edible films needed to be sealed when used as a packaging bag.[Method]The effects of sealing temperature,sealing pressure and adhesive concentration on the sealing of edible films were investigated by a three-level three-factor Box-Behnken design.The preparation technique parameters were optimized with response surface method(RSM).[Result]The optimum preparation parameters were sealing temperature 131 ℃,sealing pressure 0.4 MPa,adhesive concentration 25%,sealing time 1.5 s,and the sealing strength was up to 18.09 N/15 mm.[Conclusion] Pullulan,sodium alginate and sodium carboxymethylcellulose blend films had a good characteristic of sealing.
