从影响船舶焊接变形的因素、船舶改建施工前准备、施工过程控制和发生变形后处理几个部分进行分析探讨,提出改建过程中船舶焊接变形的控制措施,包括采用合理的焊接顺序和方法、选择正确的焊接工艺参数和采取合理的控制焊接变形的方法,并对船舶改建焊接变形给出常用矫正手段。

摘  要:
Because of the lack of original shipbuilding welding data,the short cycle of the ship modifications and the narrow welding space or other factors during the process of the ship modifications,welding deformation is more prominent than the new ship construction.Analysis and control of welding deformation of the ship alterations and take reasonable measures to deal with the welding deformation after it appears could be ensure the completion of ship conversion works.
