中国兰遗传多样性的SRAP分析

摘  要:
为了分析中国兰遗产多样性,利用64对SRAP引物对中国兰24个品种的种质资源进行遗传亲缘关系分析。结果表明,筛选出的51对多态性高引物,共产生1113条扩增带,平均每对引物扩增22条带,多态性条带共1092条,占总数的98.1%。利用ntsys软件分析遗传相似系数,并构建聚类图。因此,结果表明与形态学分类基本一致,SRAP标记适用于分析不同国兰品种之间的遗传基础。

摘  要:
To analyze genetic diversity of Chinese Cymbidium,64 SRAP primer pairs were used to analyze the genetic relationship of 24 Chinese Cymbidium varieties. The results showed that 51 selected highly polymorphic primer pairs producted 1113 bands of which 1092 bands were polymorphism,accounting for 98. 1 %. Ntsys software was used to analyze genetic similarity and clustering figure was constructed based on this,the conclusion was drown that the result of SRAP analysis was the same with the morphological classification,so SRAP marker was suitable for the analysis of genetic basis of different Chinese Cymbidium varieties.
