氟氯吡啶酯和啶磺草胺复配制剂不同条件下除草效果评价

摘  要:
氟氯吡啶酯是芳香基吡啶甲酸类人工合成激素类除草剂,啶磺草胺是乙酰乳酸合成酶抑制剂,为明确二者复配制剂200 g/L啶磺草胺·氟氯吡啶酯WG在田间施用的推荐剂量、除草效果及对小麦的安全性,本研究连续2年度设计进行3个试验,全面评价该制剂在冬前、冬后、添加助剂及遇干旱条件下施用的除草效果及对小麦的安全性。结果表明,200 g/L啶磺草胺·氟氯吡啶酯WG在冬前和春季施用,对雀麦、播娘蒿、荠菜、小花糖芥均有较好的防除效果,田间推荐剂量以15~25 g/hm~2为宜;添加助剂可以显著提高其速效性和最终防效,推荐剂量添加0.25%助剂GF-2607对阔叶杂草的防效在93%以上,对雀麦的防效在97%以上;施药前后长期干旱会显著降低杂草死亡率,浇水解除旱情后可显著提高杂草防效,浇水后杂草株防效从63.7%~81.6%提高到94.7%~98.8%;200 g/L啶磺草胺·氟氯吡啶酯WG低温下施用或喷药后遇强降温,可以显著降低对播娘蒿的防除效果,且可以造成小麦短时间的黄化、株高受抑制,对后期产量影响不大。建议在日最高温度稳定在10℃以上时施药。

摘  要:
Halauxifen-methyl is a novel aryl-picolinate herbicide with an auxinic mode of action.Pyroxsulam is an acetolactate synthase( ALS) inhibiting herbicide.The field experiments were carried out to determine the weed control effect of 200 g/L pyroxsulam + halauxifen-methyl WG,and its safety to winter wheat.Three tests were designed and conducted in three continuous years to evaluate the weed control effect and safety to wheat of compound preparation applied before and after winter,or under plus adjuvant and drought conditions.The results showed that 200 g/L pyroxsulam + halauxifen-methyl WG could well control Bromus japonicus,Descurainia sophia,Capsella bursapastoris,and Erysimum cheiranthoides at 15 ~ 25 g/hm2 applied before and after winter.Plus adjuvant GF-2607 could increase the rate of reaction and weed controleffect.The control effect of 200 g/L pyroxsulam + halauxifen-methyl WG was over 93% on broad leaf weeds and 97% on Bromus japonicus respectively at 15 ~ 25 g/hm2+ 0.25% GF-2607.Long-term drought could reduce the mortality rate of weed,but high mortality rate could be achieved after irrigation; the individual control effect could increase from 63.7% ~ 81.6% to 94.7% ~ 98.8%.Low temperature around the spraying day could let down the control effect of 200 g/L pyroxsulam + halauxifen-methyl WG to Descurainia sophia,inhibit the growth of winter wheat and lead to the etiolation of winter wheat leaves.
