人粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子研究进展

摘  要:
人粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(hGM-CSF)是重要的造血细胞因子。hGM-CSF基因表达受转录和转录后水平调控。hGM-CSF受体由1个α亚基和1个βc亚基组成,它涉及Ras/Raf/MAPK和JAK/STAT途径。hGM-CSF有促进靶细胞分化、存活和增殖等多种功能。介绍了重组hGM-CSF在大肠杆菌、酵母、植物细胞、昆虫细胞和哺乳动物等多种体系中表达后的异同及在临床上的应用。

摘  要:
The human granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (hGM-CSF) is an important hematopoietic cytokine. The expression of hGM-CSF gene is regulated at the transcriptional and posttranscriptional levels. hGM-CSF receptor is composed of αand βc subunits. It is involved in the Ras/Raf/MAPK and JAK/STAT pathways. hGM-CSF enhances the target cell differentiation, survival and proliferation, etc. Expression systems and clinical application of hGM-CSF were discussed.
