湿法磷酸净化生产工业级磷酸一铵的技术现状及关键技术的工业应用

摘  要：
阐述我国工业级磷酸一铵的生产现状和生产工艺,对湿法磷酸氨中和直接净化法生产工业级磷酸一铵的主要工艺流程、工艺原理以及其工业应用进行了重点介绍。湿法磷酸氨中和直接净化法生产工业级磷酸一铵技术工业应用规模在1万~5万t/a,对于w(P_2O_5)≥29.0%、w(Fe_2O_3+Al_2O_3+MgO)≤5.3%的磷矿,其磷收率可达到70%,产品纯度能达到99.5%以上,且投资小(5万t/a装置固定资产投资为4 630万~5 340万元),经济效益好。

摘  要：
The production status and production process of industrial grade monoammonium phosphate in China are described,the main process,principle and its industrial application of industrial grade monoammonium phosphate by direct purification method with neutralization of wet process phosphoric acid and ammonia are introduced.The production scale of direct purification method is in 10-50 kt/a,aiming on the phosphate rock of w(P_2O_5) ≥29.0%,w(Fe_2O_3 + A1_2O_3 + MgO) ≤5.3%,the phosphorus yield can reach to 70%,the product purity can reach to more than 99.5%,and investment is small(fixed investments of 50 kt/a plant is 46.30 million to53.40 million RMB Yuan),and economic benefit is good.
