低温处理对蝙蝠蛾老龄幼虫生长发育的影响

摘  要:
为了研究低温处理对蝙蝠蛾老龄幼虫生长发育的影响,本文比较了低温处理(4、6、8、10℃)与常态饲养(15℃)蝙蝠蛾老龄幼虫的体重、预蛹时间及化蛹率。结果表明,适合老龄幼虫的预蛹温度为6~8℃,高于10℃时预蛹存活率降低;化蛹期适宜温度为6~10℃,湿度宜设置为70%。

摘  要:
In order to study the effects of low temperature treatment on the growth and development of bat moth old larvae,this paper compared the weight,prepupa time and pupation rate of bat moth old larvae treated with low temperature(4,6,8,10 ℃ )and normal feeding(15 ℃ ).The results showed that the suitable temperature in prepupa stage of the old larvae was 6-8 ℃,and the prepupa survival rate decreased when the temperature was higher than 10 ℃.The suitable temperature in the pupal stage was 6-10 ℃,and the humidity should be set to 70%.
