学习路径图——学科馆员岗位培训方法探索

摘  要:
从学科馆员岗位培训现状入手,针对当前存在的问题,提出基于"学习路径图"构建学科馆员岗位培训体系,从"学习定律"强化学科馆员"能力稳定性","设置里程碑"增强学科馆员"学习自信","用以致学",激发学科馆员"实战能力","指导性自学",提高学科馆员"自学效率"等方面,阐述学习路径图在学科馆员岗位培训中的优势,指出学习路径图是有效应对学科馆员岗位培训现存问题的解决方案。

摘  要:
Starting from the present situation and problems of subject librarian' s job training, learning path map were put forward to set up a job training system for subject librarian. The advantages of learning path map were illustrated from the aspects, including that studying law made the ability of subject librarian more stable, setting milestones built the self-confidence of subject librarian, studying for using improved subject librarian's practical ability, and instructional self-study improved the efficiency of self-study. It concluded that learning path map was the efficient solution for the existing problems of subject librarian' s job training.
