经济发达地区耕地资源集约利用研究——以浙江省为例

摘  要：
利用浙江统计年鉴等资料,分析浙江省自1978年以来耕地资源数量和质量的变化态势.针对耕地资源减少、耕地质量下降、耕地产能低下等问题,提出在严格保护耕地的前提下,构建耕地集约利用体系:优化耕地资源配置,对关系国计民生的重要农产品如粮油、蔬菜、畜禽生产等规划一定面积建立农业功能区,进行重点建设;通过提高农业技术装备水平和创新农作制度等技术替代途径,提高耕地集约水平;最后提出了保护和集约利用耕地资源的保障机制和措施.

摘  要：
The change trends of quantity and quality of cultivated land resource in Zhejiang Province since 1978 were analyzed by using the resources of statistical yearbook etc.The results show that the change trends were the decrease in cultivated land resource,decline in cultivated land quality,and low production capability of cultivated land etc.Under the precondition of strictly protecting cultivated land,constructing the systems of intensive utilization of cultivated land was put forward: optimization of scheme of cultivated land resource for producing important agricultural products such as foodstuff and oils,vegetable,livestock and poultry;establishing some area of agricultural function zone;enhancing the level of agricultural technique equipment and innovating farming system;advancing the intensive level of cultivated land.The paper also put forwards safeguard mechanism and measures of protecting and intensively utilizing cultivated land resource.
