基于单片机的小麦播种机播种面积的监测系统

摘  要:
为在小麦播种机作业过程中即时得到小麦的播种面积,设计了一种检测小麦播种机播种面积的无线监测系统。该系统采用霍尔传感器实现数据的采集,以AT89C52作为主控芯片对数据进行分析,结合nRF24L01无线数传芯片实现数据的无线传输,最后通过迪文显示屏实现数据的即时显示。该系统结构简单,操作方便,可靠性高。试验结果表明:该系统的误差率可以控制在1.08%以内,可以有效地实现小麦播种机在作业过程中对播种面积的监测。

摘  要:
To obtain the real-time working area of wheat seeder in the process of operation,a wireless monitoring system was designed. The system captured data by hall sensor,conducted analysis by using AT89C52 as the main control chip,combined nRF24L01 chip to realize wireless data transmission,and finally achieved real-time display through Devin display. The system is of simple structure,convenient operation and high reliability. The experimental results show that the system error rate can be controlled within 1. 08%,which can effectively achieve wheat seeder detection of the planting area in the process of operation.
