曼氏无针乌贼幼体耗氧率和排氨率及其影响因素

摘  要：
采用室内实验生态学方法研究曼氏无针乌贼(Sepiella maindroni)幼体耗氧率和排氨率的昼夜变化规律及其受温度变化的影响。结果表明,在正常海水(温度20℃,盐度25)条件下,曼氏无针乌贼幼体的耗氧率昼夜变化范围为0.52~0.67 mg/(g.h),排氨率的昼夜变化范围为0.062~0.071 mg/(g.h)。曼氏无针乌贼幼体的耗氧率与排氨率受昼夜变化的影响比较明显,其代谢高峰出现在早8∶00。温度对曼氏无针乌贼幼体的耗氧率与排氨率的影响显著(P<0.05),在16~28℃,耗氧率和排氨率均随海水温度的升高而增加,在28℃时达到最高值,但在32℃时耗氧率和排氨率均明显降低。

摘  要：
The diumal rhythm of oxygen consumption and ammonia excretion rate,effects of temperature on them of Sepiella maindroni juvenile were examined under laboratory conditions.The results were as follows: The oxygen consumption rate ranged from 0.52 mg/(g·h) to 0.67 mg/(g·h),the ammonia excretion rate ranged from 0.062 mg/(g·h) to 0.071 mg/(g·h),the pick of them both appeared at 8:00 am.The oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate of Sepiella maindroni juvenile affected by temperature significantly(P<0.05).Under the controlled conditions(16~32 ℃),both of them increased with the increase of temperature until 28 ℃,then decreased at 32 ℃ significently.
