Taking employment as the guide,the character and orientation of animal and plant quarantine specialty in the construction process of animal and plant quarantine specialty in College of Agriculture,Jiangxi Agricultural University were confirmed.And the teaching outline,course construction,textbook construction and the links of teaching practice and other aspects were explored.
