摘  要：
Ever since the 1980S,with the acceleration of economy and culture merging into an integral whole,the fusion of enterprise management and culture becomes a general trend of the development of the enterprise management Forestry undertakes the mission of protecting our environment. The government's attitudes and the public's consciousness of environmental protection produce a direct impact to the forestry enterprise. The forestry enterprise ought to conform to the trend and then construct the enterprise culture. So it will win victory through the culture.
