2010年森林资源及其木材供给能力的国际比较分析——兼论提高中国森林资源木材供给能力的措施

摘  要:
介绍了我国木材资源供给和贸易的严峻形势。对比分析了2010年国际森林资源及其木材供给能力。指出全球毁林速度有所减缓,中国森林面积净增加;全球森林覆盖率增加,中国增加较快;全球人工林面积不断增加,中国居世界第一;在一些国家森林病虫害、自然灾害和物种入侵造成严重破坏。认为中国木材安全问题十分突出。全球森林的木材总供给能力变化不大,木材采伐价值高而不稳。中国森林资源的木材供给能力增长仍远不能满足需求的增长,木材供需矛盾加剧。探讨了提高中国森林资源木材供给的途径。大力增加森林面积仍是中国森林资源扩张的重要途径,努力增强森林经营力度,提高森林质量和森林生产力,通过内涵式扩大再生产实现森林在应对气候变化中的重要作用。

摘  要:
The paper introduced the serious position of China's timber supply and trade.Compared analyzed the forest resources and its timber supply in 2010 between China and the other countries.That global deforestation has slowed,the net increase in forest area in China;global forest cover increased,China has increased rapidly;global plantation area is increasing,China ranks first in the world;in some countries,forest pests and diseases,natural disasters and invasive species causing serious damage.China's timber security issue is very prominent.The total global supply capacity of the forest changed little,timber harvesting high value and unstable.China's forest resources,wood supply capacity growth is still far from meeting demand,timber supply and demand increased.The ways for China's forest resources to improve the timber supply are the following.An important way to expand efforts to improve forest management,to improve forest quality and forest productivity and expand production to achieve and through the content-type of forests playing an important role in tackling climate change.
