慈姑茎尖组织培养的研究

摘  要：
[目的]筛选慈姑茎尖组织培养的最佳试验条件。[方法]以江苏省慈姑的主栽品种"宝应紫圆"的茎尖为材料,研究了不同培养条件对慈姑茎尖培养和匍匐茎诱导的影响。[结果]0.10 mg/L 6-BA+0.50 mg/L NAA培养条件下的成苗效果较好;2.00 mg/L 6-BA+0.50 mg/L NAA培养条件对慈姑匍匐茎的诱导效果较好;不同蔗糖浓度处理对慈姑抽生匍匐茎的影响差异不显著。[结论]不同培养条件对慈姑的成苗和匍匐茎诱导有一定影响。

摘  要：
[Objective] The research aimed to select the best experiment condition of tissue culture and mass propagation of Sagittaria trifolia L.[Method] Ziyuan of Sagittaria trifolia L.was used as tested materials to discuss the effect of different cultivate condition to tissue culture and mass propagation of Sagittaria trifolia L.[Result] The favorable medium for seedling was 0.10 mg/L 6-BA+0.05 mg/L NAA;the best medium for induction of creeping stems was 2.00 mg/L 6-BA+0.50 mg/L NAA.No significant difference was observed in different concentration of sucrose.[Conclusion]Certain influences were imposed on the seedling and induction of creeping stems of Sagittaria trifolia L.by different experiment conditions.
