摘 要：
针对水电开槽机加工质量和除尘效果不能满足客户需求及实际施工标准,提出组合刀具结构模式,除尘方面采用颗粒分类除尘.实验数据表明,改造后的水电开槽机在开槽质量和除尘效果等方面都得到明显改善,提升了产品性能,满足客户需求和实际工程标准,对水电开槽机的应用与推广有着重要意义.

摘 要：
Combination tool structure mode and dust particle classification,dust removal method were put forward according to hydropower grooving machine disadvantage in dust extraction effect,machining quality and actual construction need.The effect of hydropower grooving machine in machining quality and dust extraction were improved obviously after improvement through the reform and experiment contrast.It was important significance for hydropower grooving machine application and promotion.
