摘  要:
利用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定水生鸢尾中的镉、铅。在最佳的试验条件下,镉、铅的检出限分别为6.0μg·kg-1,0.25mg·kg-1。回收率为99.53%~100.6%。本试验结果对监测水体污染、净化水体环境具有应用价值。

摘  要:
The detection limit of cadmium and lead in the aquatic iris were 6.0 μg·kg -1 , 0.25 mg·kg -1 respectively and the recovery rate was 99.53% ~100.6% under the best experiment conditions by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The results of this test had practical significance on how to monitor water pollution and cleaning up the environment.
