白玉兰与紫叶李抗寒性研究

摘  要:
对白玉兰和紫叶李进行低温胁迫,随着胁迫温度的降低,白玉兰和紫叶李都是通过增加体内可溶性糖含量、淀粉含量、可溶性蛋白含量等保护机制来适应低温胁迫,当温度降低到0℃时,叶片可溶性糖、淀粉和可溶性蛋白的含量有所下降。白玉兰的日同化量、总叶绿素含量、叶绿素a/b值都比紫叶李高,说明其光合作用能力比紫叶李高。低温胁迫条件下,白玉兰的可溶性糖含量、淀粉含量、可溶性蛋白含量等高于紫叶李,因此白玉兰抗寒性高于紫叶李。

摘  要:
As the stress temperature decrease, the sugar content, starch content, soluble protein content of Magnolia denudata and Prunus cerasifera were increase to fit the low temperature. When the temperature is decrease to 0℃, the sugar, starch and soluble protein content were decrease. The total assimilation, chlorophyll content, chlorophyll a/b of M.denudata were higher than that of P.cerasifera. The photosynthetic capacity of M. denudate was higher than that of P. cerasifera. The sugar content, starch content and soluble protein content of M.denudata were higher than that of P.cerasifera. The cold resistance capacity of M. denudate was higher than that of P. cerasifera.
