洗瓶机触摸屏系统设计

摘  要:
针对食用菌工厂化生产人工洗瓶耗费大量人力问题,设计研发出适合工厂化生产的洗瓶机,为了能够更加智能化地洗瓶在洗瓶机中设置了触摸屏,分析了洗瓶机的工作要求,根据工作要求设置触摸屏的触摸按钮并绘制了触摸屏画面;按照触摸屏与PLC的通信,结合PLC的程序设置了按钮的功能,最后进行了触摸屏样机的试制。

摘  要:
Aiming at the mushroom factory production of artificial bottle washing spend a lot of manpower,the machine suitable for factory production was designed and researched. In order to be more intelligent to wash bottle,the touch screen was arranged in the bottle washing machine. The working demands of the bottle washing machine were analyzed,and set buttons of touch screen and draw the screen. According to the communication between PLC and touch screen,combining the PLC program to set button function,finally the prototype trial of touch screen was conducted.
