外源钙对苹果果实乙烯生成的影响

摘  要:
外源Ca2 + 浓度低于 3 5 0mmol·L-1时 ,可促进‘红富士’苹果果实乙烯释放 ,在 40 0~1 0 0 0mmol·L-1之间时 ,乙烯的释放速率仅为对照的 2 9.8%~ 41 %。分别用高浓度 ( 5 0 0mmol·L-1)与低浓度 ( 80mmol·L-1)CaCl2 处理果实 1 2h,随处理时间延长 ,低浓度钙促进乙烯释放量持续增加 ,1 2h时乙烯释放量是 2h时的 2 .9倍 ,而高浓度钙抑制乙烯生成的效应比较稳定 ,保持在 1 2 .6~ 1 4.4nL·g-1。低浓度的Mg2 + 、Mn2 + 也有刺激乙烯生成的作用。Ca2 + 的胞内流动抑制剂La3 + 及CaM的抑制剂TFP (三氟啦嗪 )在80mmol·L-1的CaCl2 存在时 ,明显抑制乙烯释放。

摘  要:
Slices of'Fuji'apple fruit which was stored at 0-4℃ for 1 month were treated with different concentrations of CaCl 2 to evaluate the influence of exogenous Ca 2+ on changes of their ethylene productions.The results showed that Ca 2+ enhanced the ethylene production when CaCl 2 concentrations were lower than 350mmol·L -1 ,while it inhibited the ethylene production when Ca 2+ concentration was higher than 350mmol·L -1 .During 0-12h period of treatment,lower level of Ca 2+ (80mmol·L -1 )produced more ethylene continuously,while the higher level of Ca 2+ (500mmol·L -1 )inhibited ethylene production steadily.Not only low concentration of Ca 2+ is a factor of cation to stimulate ethylene production,but Mg 2+ and Mn 2+ also showed the similar effect as Ca 2+ did.La 3+ (the inhibitor of Ca 2+ )and trifluoperazine(the inhibitor of CaM)inhibited ethylene production in the presence of low Ca 2+ (80mmol·L -1 )treatment.
