胡瓜钝绥螨和斯氏钝绥螨对温室烟草上烟粉虱的控制作用研究

摘  要:
在温室内盆栽烟草上研究了胡瓜钝绥螨和斯氏钝绥螨对烟草上烟粉虱的控制作用。结果表明:胡瓜钝绥螨和斯氏钝绥螨能有效控制烟粉虱若虫和成虫的数量,以250、500和1 000株-1密度释放斯氏钝绥螨后,烟粉虱若虫的虫口减退率分别为97.34%、98.82%和97.96%,防治效果分别为99.65%、99.91%和99.80%;烟粉虱成虫的虫口减退率分别为96.50%、92.05%和96.72%,防治效果分别为99.55%、99.85%和100%。以250、500、1 000株-1密度释放斯氏钝绥螨后,烟粉虱若虫的虫口减退率分别为97.34%、98.82%和97.96%,烟粉虱成虫的虫口减退率分别为96.50%、92.05%和96.72%,防治效果分别为100%、99.86%和99.82%。综合上述结果,在250、500和1 000株~(-1)的释放密度下,斯氏钝绥螨对烟粉虱若虫或成虫的防治效果略高于胡瓜钝绥螨,但二者间无明显差异。在温室内以250株~(-1)的释放密度释放胡瓜钝绥螨或斯氏钝绥螨就可有效控制烟粉虱种群。

摘  要:
The control efficacy of predatory mites,Neoseiulus cucumeris and Amblyseius swirskiion against the Bemisia tabaci on tobacco was studied in greenhouse with a predatory mites releasing of 250,500 and 1 000 individuals per plant. Results showed that N. cucumeris and A. swirskii can be used to control the B. tabaci,the population reduction was 97. 34%,98. 82% and 97. 96% after the releasing of 250,500 and 1 000 A. swirskii mites / tobacco plant,respectively; the population reduction of the B. tabaci adults was 96. 50%,92. 05% and 96. 72%,and the control efficacy was 99. 55%,99. 85% and 100%. The population reduction of B. tabaci was 97. 34%,98. 82% and 97. 96% after the releasing of N. cucumeris under with 250,500,1 000 mites per tobacco plant,the control efficacy was 100%,99. 86% and 99. 82% after the releasing of N. cucumeris with 250,500,1 000 mites per tobacco plant. Moreover,the control efficacy against the nymph B. tabaci after the releasing of N.cucumeris was higher than that after the releasing of A. swirskii. All in all,the control efficacy of A.swirskii against the B. tabaci was higher than that of the N. cucumeris,the population of B. tabaci on the tobacco plants can be controlled in the greenhouse by releasing the N. cucumeris and A. swirskii with a releasing density of 250 mites per tobacco plant.
