4LZ―3.0型辣椒收获机的设计与机理分析

摘  要:
为实现辣椒的机械化收获,设计了一款用于辣椒收获及清选分离的联合收获机。本文介绍了整机的结构及工作原理,对关键部件做了设计,确定辣椒采摘及清选分离的结构参数,分析辣椒采摘及清选分离机理,测得辣椒及椒叶的悬浮速度模型。试验表明:当作业速度为5.3km/h、弹指滚筒转速为210r/min、星形盘及星形轮间距为200~220mm、星形轮转速为200r/min、清选气流速度为5~8m/s时,辣椒采净率为97.1%、辣椒含杂率为9.8%。该机作业效率高,能耗小,采摘的辣椒可集中堆放,真正实现辣椒的机械化收获,增强国产辣椒收获机的市场竞争力。

摘  要:
To achieve the pepper harvest mechanization, a kind of combine harvester which is used to harvest and clean the peppers was designed. The whole structure and working principle were introduced. The key parts were designed and the structural parameters of the picking and clean-separating were determined. Through analyzing the picking and clean-separating mechanism, the mathematical model of the suspending speed for pepper and leaf was built up. When the speed of harvester is 5.3km/h, the rpm of Fillip roller is 210r/min, the space between star disc and star axle is 200-220 mm, the rpm of star axle is 210r/min, and the speed of airflow is 5-8m/s, the pureness rate and the impurity rate will be 97.1% and 9.8%. Its efficiency is higher and the energy consumption is lower. The peppers can be placed centrally, which realizes the pepper harvesting mechanization and improves the market competitiveness of domestic pepper harvester.
