摘 要:
齿轮减速器具有效率高、寿命长、维护简便等特点,是机械传动中应用极为广泛的一种传动机械。提出了齿轮减速器并行设计的实现方法。首先利用美国PTC公司研制的Pro/Intralink数据管理系统对齿轮减速器的设计模型进行有效的管理,然后将规划好的设计任务分配给不同的设计者,最后,设计者可通过与Pro/Intralink紧密关联的Pro/E三维软件对产品进行同步设计。实践表明,齿轮减速器的并行设计将缩短设计周期,提高产品质量。

摘 要:
Reducer, with the advantages of high efficiency, long life and convenient maintenance, is a transmission device with wide application in the mechanical transmission. The method which can realize concurrent design of gear reducer is proposed. First, the design of gear reducer model is managed effectively through the Pro / Intralink data management system of PTC.Then the planned design tasks are allocated to different designers. Finally, the designer can design the products synchronously using the Pro / E 3D software which is linked tightly with Pro / intralink. The practice shows that the concurrent design of gear reducer can shorten the design cycle, improve product quality.
