辽宁省海洋机动渔船结构调整的研究

摘  要:
根据辽宁省海洋机动渔船统计资料,分析了海洋机动渔船的变化情况,运用多目标线性规划法对辽宁省海洋机动渔船结构配置进行了优化。结果表明:辽宁省各功率级别海洋机动渔船的功率数均有增长,并且各功率级别海洋机动渔船的功率结构不合理;各分级海洋机动渔船功率的优化估算比例是,184KW以上、88-184KW、44-87KW、15-43KW与14KW以下的功率占总功率的百分比分别约为31.6%、10.5%、27.0%、25.6%与5.3%。最后对渔船结构调整进行了讨论。

摘  要:
Based on marine fishing motor vessels statistics of Liaoning province, an analysis of the variation of them was made. The distribution of the marine fishing motor vessels was optimized by using multi-goal attainment linear programming. The result indicated that the power of marine fishing motor vessels at each power classes had an increase, but the structure of the powers of fishing motor vessels was irrational. The optimum percentage of the power of marine fishing motor vessels at different power classes, which included over 184KW, 88-184KW, 44-87KW, 15-43KW and below 14KW, was about 31.6%, 10.5%, 27.0%, 25.6% and 5.3% respectively. Finally the structure regulation of the marine motor fishing vessels was discussed.
