稻草秸秆预处理方法对绿色木霉产纤维素酶的研究

摘  要:
以稻草秸秆为原料,采用不同质量分数的磷酸、氨水、磷酸与氨水联合浸泡处理等方法对稻草桔秆进行预处理,预处理后稻草用于纤维素酶固态发酵。以羧甲基纤维素酶(CMC)酶活和滤纸酶(FPA)酶活为指标,比较不同预处理方法对绿色木霉(Trichoderma viride)固态发酵产纤维素酶的影响。研究结果表明,磷酸与氨水联合预处理秸秆最有利于绿色木霉固态发酵产纤维素酶,羧甲基纤维素酶(CMC)酶活和滤纸酶(FPA)酶活分别是未处理的283.25%和174.38%。

摘  要:
Rice straw pretreated with different concentration phosphoric acid,ammonia,phostphoric acid combined ammonia was used to produce cellulase by solid-state fermentation. The effects of different pretreatment methods on the cellulase production by Trichoderma viride were investigated according to the indexes of activity of CMCase and activity of filter paper. The results showed that the effect of phosphoric acid combined ammonia pretreatment was the best. Compared with rice straw without pretreatment,the CMCase and FPAse increased by 283% and 174%,respectively.
