农村城镇化建设与生态建设研究——以秦皇岛市为例

摘  要：
小城镇是实现农村现代化的重要载体,它作为农村与城市在生产、交换、生活方式之间的纽带,起着推进农村城市化进程的重要作用。作为河北省重要城市的秦皇岛,城镇化水平低下,生态建设也存在很多问题。结合实际分析了秦皇岛市农村城镇化过程中存在的生态问题,针对性地提出了在加快秦皇岛市小城镇建设步伐的同时增强生态建设的对策,对秦皇岛市城镇建设具有一定的指导意义。

摘  要：
Small town is an important carrier to realize rural modernization.As the tie between countryside and city in terms of production,exchange and lifestyle,it plays an important role for pushing the rural urbanization course.As an important city of Hebei Province,the urbanization level of Qinhuangdao is low and there are a lot of ecological construction problems.Combining with the reality,the existing ecological problems during the rural urbanization course of Qinhuangdao City were analyzed.And the countermeasure of quickening the construction pace of small towns in Qinhuangdao City and strengthening the ecological construction was accordingly put forward,which had certain guiding significance for the town construction in Qinhuangdao City.
