摘 要：
How to make pesticides and biocides application more effective? In our opinion,there are three major problems: Firstly,most pesticide application equipments are old,out of date and cannot provide good dispersion and spreading of pesticides;Secondly,those equipments are not operated with care or by experienced operators and thus pesticides are not applied on part of plants at all,or not applied evenly,or not in sufficient amount;Thirdly,the effect of pesticides are highly affected by temperature,wind and other conditions while being applied.
