摘 要:
试验旨在研究不同比例青贮甘蔗尾(SS)与青贮玉米秸秆(CS)组合对奶水牛体外产气的影响。以不同添加剂处理的青贮甘蔗尾(SS1、SS2、SS3)和CS为原料,发酵底物的精粗比为46(DM),每种SS分别以0%(对照组)、25%、50%、75%和100%代替底物中的CS。结果表明:(1)SS组合CS,96 h累积产气量随着SS比例增加而升高,其中含SS3组96 h累积产气量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);(2)含SS1、SS2组可消化有机物与对照组比差异不显著(P>0.05),但随着SS1或SS2添加有升高趋势。SS3组合CS,可消化有机物和代谢能均高于SS3组,且显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。因此,SS组合CS对奶水牛瘤胃发酵具有促进作用,适宜比例组合能提高瘤胃消化代谢率。

摘 要:
The current experiment was carried out to investigate the effects of mixed silage composedof different proportions of sugarcane tops silage(SS)and corn silage(CS)on in vitro ruminal gas produc-tion for water buffalo. Sugarcane tops silage(SS1, SS2, SS3)and CS were used for raw material, sugar-cane tops silage were treated with different additives. The ratio of concentrate to forage of substratewas 46(DM),CS in the fermentation substrate was substituted with every sugarcane tops silage at ra-tios of 0%(Control), 25%,50%,75% and 100%(air-dry basis). The results showed that:(1)The gasproduction at 96 h of SS combine CS increased when the ratio of SS increased, and gas production at96 h of SS3 was significantly higher than control(P<0.05).(2) The difference of digestible organic mat-ter(DOM) between control and group contained SS1, SS2 was not significantly(P>0.05), and the level ofDOM increased when the ratio of SS1 or SS2 increased. DOM and metabolizable energy(ME) of SS3 combine CS were significantly higher than SS3 and control(P<0.05). So a suitable ratio between SS andCS will have positive effect on rumen fermentation, digestibility and metabolisability for buffalo.
